About Venid Yacht

             Venid-yacht Ltd. was established in December 2004 by the Dinevi brothers Jordan and Dinko, and Georgi Mihov. The company is part of the Dinevi Group holding. In fact, its real activity started in 2005 with delivery and marketing of new and used boats. In the same year the company became a major sponsor of Municipal beach club - Nessebar 2000. The club is dedicated to training and competition activities in all sailing classes and it is a leader in national and international regatta.

           2006 gives a successful launch to Venid-yacht in many endeavors. The company participates in some of the most prestigious exhibitions, not only in Bulgaria, but abroad too. They present U.S. motor boats Regal and sailing one - McGregor, Polish motor boats Quicksilver and Turkish Marin Craft. The fields of expression are International Fair Plovdiv, Yacht exhibition-Constanta, Romania and exhibition for luxury goods “Lux Only” in Sofia. The same year, Venid-yacht began publishing the first of its kind in Bulgaria, specialized magazine for boats, sailing and motor yachts called “Yacht revew”. Together with Capital paper, Venid-yacht organized the first in Bulgaria “Conference on the development of the yacht tourism”. Along with her, the company became a host of the first yacht exhibition in Saint Vlas - Dinevi Marina, which becomes a tradition in the next years. It involved six Bulgarian companies, showing new and used boats. In this year Venid-yacht won the right to be representative of Bulgaria at the renowned manufacturer of motor yachts in the world “Ferretti Yachts”.       

          In 2007 Venid-yacht is already known as established player in the most prestigious exhibitions, such as “Hunting and fishing”, “International Fair Plovdiv”, “Lux Only”. At the International Fair Plovdiv the company presents on the Bulgarian market one of the oldest manufacturer of motor boats in Europe, the Italian “Cranchi”. The company involved with seven motor boats between 8 and 10 meters, five of which were sold during the exhibition itself. As a host for the Marina Dinevi yacht exposition, Venid-yacht shows 14 boats. For the first time on the Bulgarian market were presented the Slovenian sailing boats Elan, their debute. The exhibition ends with a game plaid among the visitors. The winner Milen Grozev gains motor boat Quicksilver 470. In the same year, Venid-yacht together with Bulgarian Sailing Federation and OMC-Nessebar 2000, organizes and conducts the “Unicredit Cup” regatta for keel yachts. Next came the? Victory regatta, which OMC-Nessebar 2000 once again demonstrated that they are the leader.The sailing season was closed with School sailing championship - Olympic classes. 2007 ends with the establishment of a service for maintenance and repair of motor and sailing boats Venid Dars Yacht Service - a collaboration between Venid-yacht and Dars Auto.

           It becomes an authorized service of Volvo Penta for Bulgaria . 2008 proved that Venid-yacht can be a leader in every endeavor. For an evidence came the reward from the Italian leader in the production of luxury yachts “Ferretti Yachts” for “The most thriving young market” and the reward of the prestigious American company “Regal”, “Million dollar club” (prize for selling boats to clients for over 1 000 000 dollars). This year at the International Fair Plovdiv, Venid-yacht, Bulgaria presented the Italian company Itama, which is a part of the “Ferretti Group” family, with 40 foots motor yacht Itama 40.On the stand, each visitor could touch the representative of luxury “Ferretti yachts” - Ferretti 460, and the comfortable Cranchi Mediterraenee 43 HT. Motor yachts proved its success with the prize “Boat of the year” , in section Open, Flybridge and Hard top. Recognition of the company was also, the award “Best design for the fair exposure” presented by National Association for design and advertising and International Fair Plovdiv. For the third consecutive year Venid-yacht was hosted the exhibition at the Marina Dinevi in Saint Vlas. The company introduced the 11 motor and 4 sailing boats worthed nearly 4.5 million. The debute of this statement was model Cranchi Zafirro 36-only one in the Black Sea. Big attraction was the sports boat Itama 40, which was accompanied with a special gift- Porsche Cayenne Turbo. One of the most attractive events was organized together with “Dinevi group”, Yacht Parade. The luxury vessels made round parade to Sunny Beach, Nessebar and back. The length of all yachts was 340 meters. This year the company took part in several prestigious sailing regatta, Kaliakra Cup, “Saint Vlas” regatta, “Port Bourgas” regatta, National Championship for keel yachts.

         The Venid-yacht sailing yachts took decent II and III places. Another achievement for the company was launching a charter program. Venid-yacht charter is among the few companies in the world, with over 10 own yachts and double foreign under our management. This was a major step for many new business horizons and complementary range of services provided by Venid-yacht. With the purchase of two specialized trucks with trailers for transporting yachts and 40 tone travel lift started our transport activities.
